Chairman Wu Qinghai of Municipal Political Consultative Conference Visits Chengde Ruitai Foods for Research to Promote High-Quality Development of Hawthorn Industry

On October 12, 2022, Wu Qinghai, Chairman of the Municipal Political Consultative Conference, and his delegation visited Chengde Ruitai Food Co., Ltd. for inspection and research. They conducted an on-site examination of the company's production workshops, research and development centre, and cultural tourism park to gain a thorough understanding of the hawthorn industry chain development.

During the visit, Chairman Wu Qinghai made detailed inquiries about the company's plantation base construction, product research and development innovation, and market promotion. He affirmed the company's "Three Parks and Two Platforms" structure and its integrated development model of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. He encouraged the enterprise to leverage the organic hawthorn resources of Wuling Mountain, strengthen cooperation with scientific research institutions, and continue to enhance deep processing capabilities whilst building a strong green food brand. He also emphasised that leading enterprises should play a pivotal role in promoting rural revitalisation and driving high-quality development of regional characteristic industries.
