▌ Basic Company Information

 

Chengde RuiTai Food Co., Ltd. originated from Xinglong County RuiTai Vegetable and Fruit Planting Farmers' Professional Cooperative, which was registered in 2015. With a total investment scale of 200 million yuan, the company has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise, national technology-based SME, specialized, refined, distinctive, and new SME in Hebei Province, innovative SME in Hebei Province, and poverty alleviation leading enterprise in Hebei Province.

 

Through years of efforts, the company has established an integrated industrial structure encompassing "three parks (base planting industrial park, product processing industrial park, tourism cultural park) and two platforms (R&D platform, e-commerce platform)", highlighting a three-dimensional industrial chain integrating primary, secondary, and tertiary industries around hawthorn.

 

 

▌ Breakthroughs in R&D Innovations

In recent years, the company has focused its main efforts on the R&D of patented products, upgraded the intermediate test workshop, enhanced and updated key equipment, and overcome the technological bottlenecks for three core products: Hawthorn dietary fiber, Hawthorn concentrated clear juice, and Hawthorn health wine.

 

The company has mastered the core production technologies and scientifically optimized the equipment configuration for these three new products.

 

The project "Industrialization and Demonstration of Key Technologies for Integrated Production of Hawthorn Dietary Fiber and Concentrated Clear Juice" has been submitted to the "Chengde National Sustainable Development Goals Innovation Demonstration Zone Construction Special Program." According to the novelty search report issued by the China Academy of Agricultural Sciences Technology Literature Information Center (a national first-class technology novelty search and consultation unit), this project features four novelty points: the entire production line and the three products (Hawthorn dietary fiber, Hawthorn concentrated clear juice, and Hawthorn health wine) all represent domestic and international first-of-a-kind innovations. The project received third prize in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional competition of the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2020, first prize in the Hebei Province Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2021, first prize in the China Chuangyi Competition Hebei Regional Event organized by the Rural Affairs Department in 2022, and third prize in the National Agricultural and Rural Affairs Innovation and Entrepreneurship Project Chuangyi Competition in 2023. The production process has been successfully implemented for mass production, with preliminary estimates indicating a 3-6 times higher production efficiency compared to traditional hawthorn preserved fruits and confections. If widely adopted, this technology would significantly enhance the added value of hawthorn processing, promote the healthy and sustainable development of hawthorn planting industry, and generate substantial economic and social benefits.

 

▌ Empowering rural revitalization and fulfilling social responsibilities

the company leverages its agricultural industry advantages to prioritize targeted poverty alleviation initiatives including employment opportunities, land transfer, equity participation and dividends, premium procurement of agricultural products, and consumption-driven poverty alleviation.

 

It has cumulatively helped 1,647 households, with 1,524 households receiving over 5 million yuan in dividends through equity participation and some already benefiting from secondary dividends.

 

The company has procured 5,000 tons of hawthorn from impoverished households and villages, achieving over 10 million tons of consumption-driven poverty alleviation. Moving forward, the company will focus on deep processing of hawthorn products to maximize efforts in rural revitalization and courageously shoulder social responsibilities.

 

▌ Enterprise Development Plan 

By 2025, the company will strengthen its OEM foundation, continuously innovate products through its R&D platform, and promote its own-brand products via new media for marketing and sales. Its cold storage facilities and e-commerce platform will empower and share resources with SMEs across the county, evolving the company's operations from an industrial backend to a middleware.

 

 

The company will complete the development of high-value-added hawthorn products, leveraging international renowned enterprises to expand globally and become a supply chain enterprise for hawthorn deep-processing products nationwide and worldwide.

 

It will focus on cultivating Xinglong Hawthorn Culture and enhancing brand building.
