Xinlong County Ruitai Fruit and Vegetable Planting Farmers' Cooperative
The cooperative is registered in Wuling Mountain Town, Xinlong County, with 105 current members and a registered capital of 70.81 million pounds. It has a core edible fungi park of 160 acres and 60,000 square metres of sunlight greenhouses and cultivation facilities. It is a national-level demonstration cooperative, a demonstration society of the China Co-op, a municipal-level key industrialisation enterprise, and a municipal-level poverty alleviation leading enterprise.
The hawthorn base covers a total area of over 20,000 acres, with a core planting area of over 6,000 acres and a standard demonstration garden of 500 acres. The cooperative represents the frontline of the industrial chain within the overall enterprise structure, belonging to the primary sector. It primarily focuses on developing hawthorn planting bases and edible fungi cultivation facilities, whilst also undertaking fundamental tasks such as new hawthorn tree variety cultivation, soil improvement, pruning and fertilisation, and pest control. This ensures the supply of organic and green raw materials throughout the entire industrial chain.
