It has a core edible fungi park of 160 mu (approximately 26.3 acres), with solar greenhouses and planting facilities covering 60,000 square metres. It is a national-level demonstration cooperative, a demonstration society of the China Co-op, a municipal-level key industrialization enterprise, and a municipal-level poverty alleviation leading enterprise.

The tourism and sightseeing park area mainly relies on the cooperative, hawthorn plantation and food company processing industrial park to jointly develop agricultural sightseeing tourism projects. The tourism and sightseeing park represents the tertiary industry in the overall enterprise layout. The cooperative creates spectacular landscapes through planting flower fields under the mushroom garden area and hawthorn garden area, offering features such as hawthorn blossom viewing, flower field appreciation, mushroom picking, hawthorn fruit harvesting, hawthorn tree adoption programme, and a 200-metre glass viewing corridor in the food company processing industrial park. This provides an agricultural sightseeing tourist attraction for neighbouring Beijing and Tianjin residents.

The Research Institute, based on the "Hebei Province Hawthorn Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance" and led by the "Academician Workstation", is a comprehensive scientific and technological platform dedicated to specialized research on hawthorn. With a total investment of 40.75 million yuan, it currently has 9,569 square metres of infrastructure including research and development centre office buildings and product testing technology pilot production workshops.
